We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our client, a creative, forward-thinking marketing agency based in Birmingham, looking for the next big step in their career and a passion for excelling in client expectations and anything digital! This role would suit a confident digital expert with experience managing multiple client accounts and looking to make their next step into an agency.
You will need the skills to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, manage multiple digital campaigns, grow and retain business with existing clients, and manage a team of talented digital marketers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, SEO and Google Ads.

Daily Tasks -
- Manage client accounts and ensure you're meeting their requirements through digital campaigns
- Experience in managing Digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social and SEO
- Day-to-day communication between clients, acting as a strategic lead
- Leading a strong digital team
- Implement and oversee campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, budgets, optimising, managing, and reporting
- Prospecting new business and keeping up to date with the latest trends
- Keeping up to date with client reviews and conducting regular meetings to ensure client requirements are being met
- Previous agency experience
- 2 - 3 years in a similar role or digital marketing position
- Experience managing client campaigns and turning them into successful strategies that meet client briefs and expectations
- An understanding of digital marketing, SEO and Google Ads
- Experience managing client relationships on a daily basis
- Can lead and manage a team
