We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Social Media Specialist with a proven track record of success to join our estate agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our estate agency
- Managing our social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions
- Collaborating with the team to identify new marketing opportunities and set targets for growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset and the ability to think strategically
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
