Aufgaben

Hauptaufgabe ist das betreuen der größten Unternehmer und Personenmarken im DACH-Raum

– Onboarding neuer Kunden und sauberer Start in die Zusammenarbeit

– Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestandskunden

– Regelmäßige Check-in-Calls und enge Abstimmung

– Support- und Chatanfragen zuverlässig und schnell beantworten

– Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lucas Kleinecke und Top-Unternehmern im DACH-Raum

Qualifikation

– Erfahrung im Social-Media-/Content-Bereich (eigene Agentur oder Selbstständigkeit ein klares Plus)

– Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt und im Handling von Kundenbeziehungen

– Gutes Gespür für Copywriting und Social-Media-Content

– Strukturiert, zuverlässig, pünktlich, ambitioniert und diszipliniert

– Wohnhaft in oder um Mannheim bzw. umzugsbereit (Vollzeit, vor Ort)
