It is a key consultancy provider to Scotland’s food and drink sector and the team is well known and well respected for the work it delivers in the three key areas of sustainability and net zero, rural economic and policy, and business growth and support.

We are seeking a Principal Consultant (Food & Enterprise) with the right experience, knowledge, and personality to lead and make a significant contribution our Food & Enterprise team and our wider Food & Footprint group. This role would suit an experienced and dynamic individual who has an existing profile, expertise and strong practical consultancy experience in the food and drink sector – especially regarding sustainability – or the economics of sustainable food production.
